Adolescent Therapy
Teenagers today face different and sometimes more complex challenges than their parents and previous generations. Adolescents are at an exciting, but often complicated stage in their lives. I share your desire to have pre-teens and teens experience a healthy balance of independence while staying connected to the family. My Approach
I will engage with your teenager and invite them to consider alternative strategies and approaches.
"If what you're doing isn't working, it may be time to try something different."
I provide a respectful, confidential, and positive relationship with adolescent clients with the goal of having them feel understood and empowered while also supporting the family. I believe that long lasting change occurs when I can support and work together with the family. My goal will be to involve you, the parents, in the process of creating positive change and finding solutions.
